Refunds and Returns 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase because your satisfaction is our top priority.  We have a 60-day hassle-free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund regardless of the reason.

To be eligible for a return after 60 days, please start a return by emailing us at orders@cederbergteaco.com, and include your order number as well as the reason for the return.  Your item must be in the same package that you received it.

We will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return if the return is requested within the 60 day hassle-free return period.  If you are requesting a return for refund after 60 days, and the return is not as a result of an error on our part, we may send a shipping label and deduct the cost of the label from the credit amount.  We will also email instructions on how and where the package must be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the package or the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct any errors.

Mandatory European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if there are any issue with refunding your purchase.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method immediately, however, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment account.  Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and processed your refund, please contact us at help@cederbergteaco.com.
